I asked it to update all the metadata and it went though and removed everything. That's the whole point.It was not suppose to delete anything, only update. IMHO, as far as Emby goes, the devs ought to just remove the media KILL switch and one can use Krusader or samba if they want to delete something. It is just amazing to me that something as large as Emby did not find this bug and it would delete main directories when it should be replacing/updating files.
